  1. Definitions and Acceptance
    1.1 This website and all related applications (the “Service”) are operated by Watory (“Watory,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
    1.2 By accessing, browsing, or purchasing through the Service you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and all policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
    1.3 We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
  2. Eligibility & Accounts
    2.1 You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
    2.2 You agree to provide and maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date account and payment information.
  3. Products, Pricing & Availability
    3.1 All products, descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change or withdrawal without notice.
    3.2 We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and prohibit sales to resellers or distributors.
    3.3 Orders over US $49.90 qualify for free standard shipping (7–10 business days) unless otherwise stated.
  4. Orders & Payment
    4.1 Submission of an order is an offer; we may accept or decline in our sole discretion.
    4.2 Title and risk of loss pass to you when the product is delivered to the carrier.
  5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
    5.1 Standard Policy: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price; original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    5.2 Promotional periods may impose different terms; review conditions before purchase.
    5.3 For return labels and instructions email official@watory.com with your order number and item(s) to be returned.
    5.4 Damaged or missing items must be reported within 14 days. Email photos (damaged) or details (missing) to official@watory.com using subject lines “DAMAGED” or “MISSING ITEM”.
  6. Intellectual Property
    All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Service are owned or licensed by Watory and may not be used without prior written consent.
  7. Prohibited Conduct
    You agree not to:
    a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
    b) upload viruses or malicious code;
    c) collect or harvest personal data of others; or
    d) circumvent security features.
    Violation may result in immediate termination of access.
  8. Third-Party Links & Tools
    The Service may contain links or tools provided by third parties. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services; use is at your sole risk.
  9. User Content & Submissions
    Any suggestions, ideas, or materials you submit may be used by us without restriction, compensation, or attribution. You warrant that your content does not infringe any third-party rights or contain unlawful, abusive, or obscene material.

  14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
    These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
  15. Severability
    If any provision is held unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  16. Entire Agreement
    These Terms, together with any policies or additional terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Watory regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements.
