Refund policy

    You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  3. Purchases from Other Retailers
    For Watory products bought through an authorised third-party seller, contact that seller directly for returns or exchanges.
  4. How to Return (standard orders only)
    a. Email official@watory.com with “Return Request” in the subject line.
    b. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
    c. We will reply with a prepaid return label and next-step instructions.
  5. Damaged or Missing Items (report within 14 days)
    • Damaged: Email a clear photo plus your order number to official@watory.com; subject: DAMAGED.
    • Missing: Email your order number to official@watory.com; subject: MISSING ITEM.
  6. Return Shipping Costs
    • Customer-caused returns: you pay the shipping fee (amount depends on the courier you choose).
    • Company-caused returns (wrong or damaged item): we cover all shipping costs
  7. Order Cancellation
    You may cancel an order before it ships and within any cancellation window shown on the website.
